This type of lesson is personalised for all levels. There will be 1 or 2 players per coach to help work on your game. Lessons can be worked around your schedule.
Private Group
Lessons
Come together with 4 friends or family to share a structured & cost-effective group lesson. All players should have a similar playing level and lessons are arranged to meet your schedule.
Cardio Tennis
Workouts
Cardio Tennis is the "third way to play tennis," rather than traditional singles and doubles matches. This gives players of all abilities a fun workout to music.
Tennis Express
Beginner or Rusty Players
This 5-week course is suitable for anyone who is just starting to play or who hasn’t played in a long time.
Gain confidence on the court while learning/reviewing all the basic strokes, movements, rules, and scoring of tennis.
Individual and group guidance
On completion, you should be able to rally the ball back and forth with your group members and even play a friendly match.
